Should I wait till after the merchant account is setup before I download the app?
It is to your advantage to download the app FREE prior to setup as one can familiarlize and perform all application functions in demo mode. This enables faster learning curve and understanding of all key functions.



How do I start accepting credit cards?
Accepting Credit Cards is easy and any one can do so by simply applying online here.



How do I find my Authorize.net API login and transaction key?
This is sometimes mixed up with the standard Authorize.net account login. The API
  1. Login ID comes from your Authorize.Net account. To find it:
    Log into the Merchant Interface at https://secure.authorize.net
  2. Select Settings under Account in the main menu on the left
  3. Click API Login ID and Transaction Key in the Security Settings section
  4. Find the API Login ID

To obtain a Transaction Key:

  1. Log into the Merchant Interface at https://secure.authorize.net
  2. Select Settings under Account in the main menu on the left
  3. Click API Login ID and Transaction Key in the Security Settings section
  4. Enter the secret answer to the secret question you configured when you activated your user account
  5. Click Submit

The Transaction Key for your account is displayed on a confirmation page.



Do you currently support card present transaction through a card reader?
Our swipers, credit card reader are bundled with a PCI certified application that supports card present transactions at a low rate of 1.74% for qualified transactions.



How do I switch Merchant providers over to your bundled Merchant plan?
Switching Merchant Providers is very easy. As a Merchant Provider we understand there are many providers making ill promisses and charging yearly fees in addition to raising rates and rates. We feel it should be easy to switch by just applying to our bundled merchant offer online and if you have an early termination penalty or fee we will cover it. This is why we say it is very simple to switch. We make it very easy for all to switch to an honest no term providers.



Are your swipers free for new merchants that signup?
Our Swipers, Credit Card Readers retail for $199 each however we value our customers business and as such we will bundle a swiper for new merchant signups that meet our approval process. Our Swipers are also available for 3rd party merchants for $199.



Can current merchants get a free swiper too?
Yes, current Merchants can contact us directly for a free swiper.



Can I use my current merchant account and my current Authorize.net account in order to process payments on the iphone via Billing App without the need to setup a new merchant account or Authorize.net account?
We get asked this question a lot. Yes, our app supports all US based Merchant Accounts so long as they are using an Authorize.net account.



I am new to all this and never accepted credit cards can you explain the process?
The Process is short and simple. Upon signing up online your account will be reviewed and approved. You will be contacted upon signup to welcome you and go over any questions you may have. Some additional documentation may be requested. Upon approval you will be sent your account information and credentials via email along with instructions on processing payments on Billing app.



Do you offer training for my fleet or staff?
We offer full support and training to our Merchants at no additional cost. Please contact us to schedule your particular training date.

ERROR CODE TOOL



If you are trying to process transactions using Billing App and receiving a "Declined Transaction" with an Error Code then you can use this tool provided by Authorize.net to identify the issue and help troubleshoot a fix. Typically most issues are related to Settings within the Authorize.net Account or Incorrectly configured Merchant Accounts. We recoomend setting up your Merchant Account with us to ensure both setup and configuration is kept fully compatible and operatonal 100%.
