With our unique focus on Software and technology we have integrated into Authorize.net as they also support all Merchant Providers and Platforms. We do not force any users to have to signup for our Merchant Bundle Package and do not impose any extra rates or fees, ever.
Brandable
Billing is brandable and easily integrated to your business name or DBA. Your company name will display on the main screen as well as your customers receipts. You can change the name by simply editing the field within the settings. Another way to make your brand show clearly across Billing app without additional costs or services.
Customizable Receipts
Each transaction generates a receipt with the option to send it at any time complete with the transaction details, signature of your customer and your email and any customizable text or attachment you would wish to include. What better way then to add a custom marketing message or links back to your business web site then being able to easily customize each receipt on demand.
Voids & Refunds
Billing app takes the guess work out of the Void and Refund functions by easily processing each type transparently to any aditional input or merchant function. The App is smart and is able to determin whether a transaction will be pushed as a void or a refund automatically.
Authorizations
Authorization only transaction types are very easy to engage and process with our newly released app update we introduced this through the new "AUTH" iconic key pad icon. Each Authorization only transaction is marked with an "AUTH" visual flag making them easy to identify when browsing previous transactions.
Demo Mode
Training new sales reps and staff can take up valuable resources and time, however with Billing one can easily toggle the Demo mode on or off to easily emulate the entire transaction process including refunds and signature capture and receipts.
Transaction History
Every transaction performed is logged into a neat and organized assending view with visually identifiable transaction types with iconic lables and transaction details. By clicking on any given transactione one can easily see the customers receipt details and signature if one was provided. Laslty each transaction supports the ability to refund and email the receipt details any time.
Statistics
Billing organizes transaction statistics into a neat view allowing you to easily filter by day, week, mth or year and see those groups of transactions while providing a gross sales amount for each segment.
Signature Capture
Having created the very first iphone credit card app with signature capture allowed us to showcase some of our innovative breakthrough concepts now considered mainstream nonetheless it remains to be the single most power feature of all apps allowing your customers to interactively sign with their finger right on the screen and instantly capture an electronic signature which will be stored along with each transaction record.

Detailed Order Information
When entering a transaction one can easily enter the customers information, product description and customers email. This information is kept as part of each transaction record allowing you to easily go back and manage your records with added detailed order information.
Reduced Chargebacks
Billing app reduces your chargeback threshold by ensuring your each transaction secures a valid customer signature and storing that record on your iphone so should any chargeback dispute arrise one can easily pull up that record and show valid signature and win a particular dispute case.
